What it does
StarLedger is the other direction to most Star services. Instead of selling you Stars, it buys them from you and pays in TON. It does the same for Telegram gift NFTs.
That matters if you have Stars sitting in an account doing nothing, or gifts you would rather have as spendable crypto. There is no signup, no KYC, and no fee on the conversion.
What you get for your Stars
Rates are live and shown before you confirm, so you always see the exact figure first. At the rate in the app when this was written:

Larger sales pay more per Star. The bonus is applied automatically:

The minimum sale is 10 Stars and the maximum is 100,000 in one transaction.
Selling a gift NFT
Gifts go through escrow rather than a direct transfer, which is the right way round for the seller.
- Paste the gift link and check the price first.
- If you are happy with it, transfer the gift to their escrow account.
- TON is credited to your balance automatically, usually within five minutes.
You see the exact TON figure before anything leaves your account, so there is no accepting a number after the fact.
Getting paid
Payouts go to any TON-compatible wallet, including Tonkeeper, TON Wallet and MyTonWallet. Selling Stars credits your balance instantly. Withdrawals are mostly instant with a $0.10 minimum, which is low enough that you are never stuck holding a balance you cannot move.
There is no conversion fee. The only cost is standard TON network gas on the withdrawal, and that goes to the network rather than to StarLedger.
Referrals
Share your link and earn 20% of every sale the people you invite make, added to your balance instantly. No cap and no expiry, so a referral keeps paying for as long as that person keeps selling.
How to use it
- Tap "Open in Telegram" above.
- In the Ledger tab, enter how many Stars you want to sell, or paste a gift link.
- Check the amount you will receive, then confirm.
- Pay the Stars invoice. Your balance is credited instantly.
- Open the Balance tab, enter your TON wallet, and withdraw.
Before you sell
- Check the rate against what you paid. Buying Stars and selling them back is not a round trip at the same price, and it is not meant to be. This is worth doing with Stars you already hold or have earned, not as a way to move money.
- Send gifts only to the escrow address the app shows you, and only after checking the price. Never send a gift to an address somebody DMs you.
- Nobody needs your login. Selling Stars needs a Telegram payment and a wallet address. If anything asks for your password, your login code, or a seed phrase, stop.
Behind the app
StarLedger is operated independently. It uses the official Telegram Bot API and Mini App platform, and is not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC.
